Gaye Healy has worked in Sacred Heart Junior School, Killinarden for over 24 years. Over that time Gaye has worked in many roles in the school- mainstream, learning support, special class, Home School Community Liaison, and most recently Support Teaching in the Nurture Room. Gaye has always had a huge interest in STEAM in the classroom and allowing children to facilitate their own learning alongside their peers. In 2022, Gaye became involved with the Doodle STEAM steering group and facilitated the training of new schools alongside the pilot project in schools in 2022/23 and again in 2023/24. Gaye works with CDI as an Associate Quality Specialist, regularly delivering trainings and supporting intervention facilitators through Community of Practice meetings.
